if we cant manage our four provinces properly and cant protect fundamental rights and needs of the people than how can we have any claim on the rest of Indian held kashmir.

this reminds me of a discussion i had with a fellow from gilgit-baltistan that they should first start protecting the rights of pakistan held Kashmir (Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir ) and after that then they should start demanding the right of indian held Kashmir.
