PN has made efficient use of limited budget in the last 15 or so years, which has turned them into a nifty and lethal force that packs quite a punch. Their missile armada alone is sufficient to keep the enemy at least 600km away from our EEZ. BUT, after the arrival of Type-54AP, Hangoor AIP subs, ADA Jinnah and Damen corvettes, the PN by 2025 will see the fulfillment of its modernization plans.

Similar tech in both, but Scorpene being a bigger platform meant for export only. French navy used Agosta 90 extensively and titled them "Oceanic" meaning that they can hurl into deep sea. For now, the A-90 being AIP equipped has an edge while Indian Scorpenes lacks one as the indigenous one didnt perform as expected. However, despite being smaller, the A-90 after STM upgrades will be on par if not better than the Scorpenes.

its would be better. as far as im ware the scorpene does not hav and aip whilst the a90 as an msema aip. if only more could have been built at the time, that would be better than more t-214's.
and a same modification the french did to their sub changing the front of the sub for improved performance.

Well all 3 are the same kind of submarines so all 3 would be upgraded

first two is upgrading now the last one is not signed yet,there is some added modifications to one of the first two and later retrofitted the other one ,these two will enter service year after each other ,we do not know what kind of changes were made,its submarine may be we never know it.I also could not found any knowledge about torpedo types will be used after modernization program

By the time all these Three will be upgraded, Hangor Class will start joining PN. I am hoping 2-3 years for delivery process done for Agosta 90 and delivery proces will start for Hangor Class
