Why is Tejas not in the list ? If Sri Lanka makes an order maybe it will accelerate the production

mig29 has dozen of variants, which one for 15 million..it is not fly by wire system..and most important its cost of operation is twice of jf-17..Go for MIG-29s if it is really offered @ 15 million USD otherwise JF-17 will be a good option.
