The current Black government of South Africa has certain White Commandos which are basically "back up troops" ready to pitch in when summonsed. Sounds just like what the ISAF was experiencing for more than a decade.

Sure its your problem, otherwise you wouldn't be complaining about the Taliban expanding in Afghanistan as the draw down occurs. The ISI can't finish them off. Requires an army for that to deal with the Taliban in Afghanistan. They can keep on recruiting, get more funds, and weapons and keep on attacking Pakistan during I guess they would call it Spring Offensive as they said against you.
