I know Pakistan has a Sikh soldier about whom an article was running the mill last year.
On the other hand, Saudi Arabia - champion of Islam and Muslim faith would never ever have a kafir in its forces. Yes, Pakistani pilots have been known to fly for the Saudi Air Force back in the 70s and 80s. Don't know if Pakistani pilots still fly on contract with the KSAF.

Ksa is one country and many Western ex soldiers are a part of their military as trainers etc.

Do you have Ahmadis in your Armed Forces?
And can you show some pictures that depict that all of those Sikhs, Hindus, Jains and Parsis do in fact exist in your Forces. Especially I'd like to see the Jain guys.
And on that note, any Buddhists there?

Do not be stupid yes there are Ahmadis in PA who serve proudly as well as Christians. Hindus have joined recently google is your friend as for the sikh there is a thread about the first sikh who joined and others have followed his example. Jains idk they are few in number and quite wealthy so idk why they would join PA.

Yes we do have Buddhists, and we have many Ahmadis -

Qaiser Naveed Bhatti, 24 of Chak 23 District Nankana died in a firefight with the the Taliban in Tirah Valley. His body was taken to his hometown by Captain Deedar Baig from where it was brought to Rabwah where he was buried with full military honors. Naveed Bhatti had got married three months ago.

The culture in the IA is that an officer blends himself with the religion of his troops. It is usual to see an officer from the South sitting with a rumala on his head in a Gurudwara on sunday mornings or a Christian / hindu officer at a 'Masjid ' .Hence an Officer's religion does not matter.

Next, it was not a ritual - it was paying respect. A Soldier when marching as a body of troops with weapons can pay respect in only one manner which is what the contingent commander ordered his troops to do.

Sunday is a off day you can pay respect or do that in individual capacity even then if religion of a doesnt matter then why the solider's write up mentioned all other religion and shyed away from mentioning when it was someone from some religion to a Mosque ?

lolz was that officer Hindu ? praying at Mosque ? or a Sikh or Christian ?

and another thing is, IS That respecting salute and also raising a religious slogan in praise of Sikh religious presonality is limited to that particular Gurdwara ? or Indian Army will do the same for a Muslim Shrine too? Mosque too?

YES we have and plenty of them and many are at TOP Positions controlling sensitive areas of secrecy

Evidently, you are unaware of the conventions . Sunday mornings most units have religious functions / collective prayers in the Mandir, Masjid, Gurudwara or Church depending on the class composition of the troops. It is compulsory for officers of that unit / sub unit to attend it irrespective of their own religion.

Besides , on religious holidays - Eid / Baisakhi/ Diwali/ Christmas similar prayers are held which are mandatory for the whole unit to attend.

.. and Yes, Hindus pray in Mosques, Gurudwara etc just as Muslims attend Mandir functions. There is no ' Lolz' in this.

It may be difficult to comprehend such things but this has been the convention all along.

Lastly, on the subject of saluting , like it said in the post quoted - these are unit ( not even regimental) traditions.
