This blame game is futile.

Every institution in Pakistan needs a revamp. Parliament, Military, Judiciary. The rot runs deep.

There needs to be a marshall plan for Pakistan to transform every institution to focus on their job description and make sure the decisions are based on due process and not on an ad hoc basis on the whims of someone.

A good start would be iron fist accountability for people who are corrupt and accountability for treating the constitution like a tissue paper.

That is false at a funny level.
Hungry destitute deprived people are not getting more entertainment. They are reproducing based on their instincts - the same instincts that animals have i.e to use all available energy to breed to counter the predators and to increase chances of survival.

West has different issues. Western females are having too much fun with other things that they see babies a hurdle in their enjoyment. Males are afraid of reproducing due to fear of child support and divorce laws.

No they don't especially not Australia. Most of that country is desert and has some of the most infertile lands in the world.

But the Russian Federation and the Ukraine have agriculture restricted by colder longer winters. South Asian countries are far more temperate on average and can produce food all year around.

girls being abducted abused, molested tortured and killed. people doing it with impunity and police of all provinces including the federal police and the justice system seems to be complicit or absolutely incompetent.

Australia, Russia, Ukraine among many others have land under cultivation that is about half the size of Pakistan. They are not overpopulating like South Asians.
I don't even see abundance of food in South Asia which is full of hungry malnourished people. Your 'fertile land' theory has no basis here.
