I was just trying to tell you that in a war like insurgency mostly civilians are the victims.
I follow it be an example of Hindus killing Muslims. I know that not all the Hindus are blood thirsty for Muslim blood but there are some elements which trigger these violence and there victims are always innocent civilians.
Also does n t forget LTT made civilians hostage.

First, LTTE has fought with the SL army in conventional war, read up a bit.

Secondly, there's a big difference between killing for fun and not caring about civilain casualties. LTTE had to be defeated, but the dead / displaced civilians need justice too.
