What does my faith has to do with scientific explanations? Science only explains what is visible to us. It is a study of observable tangible phenomenon. Its scope is limited to materialism.

The first poster was hinting on divine intervention. Regardless of what happens in the natural world, their is a great power which controls everything.I think most of the natural phenomenon occurring in nature -being discussed in this forum- are observable and tangible.
