The third is older and thinks of Putin as a KGB thug.One of them is already moving to Russia and plans to start an agro business there.He loves the ultra low tax regime of Russia and its increasingly christian ways.

Actually a lot of conservative americans who are have moved to Peru, paraguay,Singapore,Bahamas and Colombia . I know a jewish hedge fund manager who is 85 years and renounced his american citizenship in 2012 and moved to Colombia. Doug Casey travels between Argentina and paraguay and has renounced american citizenship also.

For income tax -13% individual and small businesses.

Obviously,small business is backbone of economy and deserves the lowest level of tax.

So Alaskans will choose union with a country that has icebreakers and development program of the North in the decades ahead.

Why the story of nome rescue in 2012 is NOTHING like you said?

First, it was a joint Russian and USCG operation, both country send a ship, while the Russian send artic tanker Renda and USCG send out USCGS Healy. Report from America said the Russian tank, tho build for artic operation, were repeatedly stuck in sea and have to rely on the coast guard cutter to clear the path for the Russian tanker advance

And extremely large concentrations in Arctic continental shelf zone and Siberian permafrost.

He and the article were claiming 126 trillion barrel of shale oil, that's impossible as 126 trillion barrel mean the mineable volumn of
20.16 trillion 20.2x10^12 square meters(1 trillion barrel per 160 billion sq m) while the geological figure of bazhenov was 1 millions square kilo meters (convert to 1.0x 10^12, 1 sq km = 1 million sq m) the different is 20 times bigger, that's the geological point of view

And not all those in area have 1:1 oil in place ratio hence you would expect some land were simply rocks but no shale oil in it so. The figure is simply impossible
