Six FC soldiers martyred in Bolan bomb blast

any idea about its cost? hamza6/6?
Don't know the price. But if they are targeting the survey teams. Then its somones inside job who inform BLA terrorist about upcoming team. It's all inside job. Plus, its not rocket science to clear the working area first before sending such civilian teams in the region. I see a massive lack of co-ordination between security and civilian institutions.

Indian Air Force IL-78M Air to Air Refuelling Aircraft orbiting at 15,000ft over Northern India, wouldn't at all be surprised if this aircraft is conducting refuelling operations in support of Indian Air Force CAP missions over Kasmir.

things getting hot again now on line of control.

How far is this away from Bolan?

Seems like a long bloody proxy warfare is about to start between Indians operating in Balochistan and our teams taking out BLA hiding in other countries.

Pakistan is not using these things is that Pakistan can't afford these things getting destroyed. It's lot more valuable than some Pakistani soldiers which is replaceable.

This is matter of priorities, Pakistani policy & decision makers both military as well as civilian are showing little regard for life of soldiers. Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle and armed UAV are a necessity for operations in troubled regions, but ......

How far is this away from Bolan?
MISSIONS OVER KASHMIR,

MISSIONS OVER KASHMIR,

That is general knowledge that India is flooding the valley for demographic engineering for months already.

This Bolan attack seems to be a deflection strategy to stretch out Pakistani deployments to thwart a sensible coordinated response from Pakistani side.

Although there is just no diplomacy on this part. This Bolan attack comes 2 days after the border area was opened for trade again to help Iran tackle Covid19 and "Sanctions".

As India is losing the war in Afghanistan both nations are getting more and more desperate. The US is about to vacate its forces. Both India and Afghanistan know they are losing an important shoulder which they used to mount attacks against Pakistan. Pak forces are being lulled into a wintersleep. These are attacks upon attacks by the usual suspects. BLA and PTM are receiving support from India and Afghanistan.

If Pak armed forces don't want to jeopardise the Taliban peace process by attacking Afghanistan it should at a minimum take the fight to PTM and BLA strongholds internally. This is not happening or at least not with the frequency and ferocity it should. As many have already suggested Pak armed forces have relied on ancient tactics to fight against enemies that adapt accordingly. Pak forces need to rely on more tech and less boots on the ground. There is no time to relax. Even after mounting an offensive there needs to be a plan for future attacks. Relaxing after one or two successes is not enough. There needs to be a ruthless and sustained effort to defeat the snake by severing its head. Pakistan claims to produce drones including armed MALE UAV. What good are these drones when Pak forces cannot rely on them at hostile border regions? The Pak armed forces need to adapt and become street savvy. Look around and learn from similar attacks conducted in other parts of the world.

Army has to wake up and start realising that balochistan is no liyari or karachi where by stemming out few political heads and local gangsters you can bring peace. First of all we need to launch a massive combing operation sector by sector. In wazirstan we used MRAPS to lead, followed by foot soldiers or a convoy. We must also notice that unlike syria and other areas there is no proper infrastructure or camps of the militants where we can use drones however we can use them to monitor our convoys or operations to provide CAS if helis are not available.
Simultaneously we should fence our border with iran like we are in waziristan to prevent any further support of the bla either by india or iran
However these actions must be followed by a quick rehabilitation and development program with more focus on education health and economic sectors because only by getting rid of the woes of the balochis can they be made patriotic pakistanis.
but Alas!only if our generals were competent enough.UNLIKE Gen Raheels period we have not been successful in either balochistan or kashmir

New Delhi’s continues to use terrorism and separatism as a means of power politics to attempt to mold the region in its image. Such attempts have accelerated in recent times owing to two major factors: the rise of the extremist thought Hindutva to power in India and the CPEC project in Pakistan. India fears a stronger, stable and prosperous Pakistan, as this would stand in its way to be the regional hegemonic power in South Asia. To this end it needs to destroy CPEC and any ancillary benefits to the region. To do so it has decided to use both violent and nonviolent measures to destabilize Pakistan.

In 1973, RAW was tasked to create unrest in Balochistan, in the execution of Phase two of the Kao Plan. RAW became active and chaos, mayhem, terror attacks and demands for independence were raised by some Baloch leaders.

On March 3, 2016, a serving Indian officer named Kulbhushan Yadav was arrested by Pakistani authorities inside Pakistani territory. Through him, Pakistan was able to smash a network of separatists who had been working on splitting Baluchistan away through violent and non-violent means.

India has spent Rs 7 billion to run an anti-Pakistan campaign in Geneva, Switzerland and that the campaign has originated from Canada.

Along with Baloch insurgents, Pushtun Tahafuzz Movement is being backed up by India. In their over-ebullient speeches, PTM’s leaders openly scold Pakistan’s National Security institutions. Pakistan’s Inter-Services Public Relations had to warn them `not to cross the red line. Yet, sponsored by Pakistan’s enemies they continued their tirade.

dont be surprised if you find some, saudia money going to militants in balochistan

There is investment already there in Gwadar city by Saudi Arabia and some other power projects.

Maybe Iran thinks this is Inteqam e Sakhat

The root cause of the problem is the medieval sardari system in Balochistan. This system is responsible for suppression of the common man. This system should be abolished. If the Sardars of today had not been constantly loyal to the Englishman, he would have dis-knighted them.

Not all the nawabs are so malevolent, as our Baluch scions of nawabs.

Nawab of Kalabagh tried to abolish the Sardari system by setting up about 40 police stations in Balochistan. However, General Moosa was averse to the policy. The government should seriously consider such steps as would effectively extend its writ in every nook and corner of Balochistan. The Sardari system must be abolished. Meanwhile, a study should be undertaken to evaluate loyalty and political nuisance of the nawab, sardar, waderas, and their ilk. If the Sardars are not loyal to the national interests, what is the fun of propping them up with government`s patronage? Why not take corrective action to cut them to size?

India should stop stoking up insurgencies in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Both India and Pakistan are nuclear armed. There is no reason why they should be toujours at daggers drawn. Entente may flare up into a nuclear Armageddon. India need to shun jingoism, stop its evil machinations in Pakistan, and solve differences through talks

Iran worries that Pakistan is allowing Saudi Arabia to use Gwadar as a launching pad to destabilize it. Just as Pakistan accuses Iran of harboring Baloch separatists like BRAS, Iran blames Pakistan for giving sanctuary to militant Sunni Baloch groups such as Jaish al-Adl that have attacked Iranian security forces in Iran’s Sistan and Balochistan province

Saudis say this is a bilateral issue between Iran and Pakistan.

How do you propose Pakistan and Iran solve this?

Fence was the most practical thing to do but its start coincided with these terrorist attacks.

IED forensics will determine the trace of it for sure

India is not going to stop spreading terror in Pakistan. It feels emboldened as ever. RSS was selected for this specific reason.

It is not difficult to predict that Pakistan and Hindustan are going to war eventually. It will be a massive war. Until then India is busy poking. Pakistan should not leave any room for India to poke. Pakistan is reactive. Not proactive. Even the reactions are weak at best. Time has come to start another cleansing operation. Perhaps not as big as before, but definitely more fierce and sustained. When India is given little to no oxygen it won't be able to carry out covert terrorist attacks in Pakistan.

The likes of PTM and BLA will have to be eliminated one or the other way. No ifs and buts.
