Where did you get the "frame" from? Singapore has their own definition of what establishes as a credible evidence and anyone in a Singapore are all under that definition. Their country, their rules.

I think that much of delusion is really disgusting...No country or nation is allowed to create their own facts...the facts have to be the same everywhere..

Facts are the same every where. But the law that apply to them are different every where. So it's up to the traveler that when they visit a foreign land, they need to understand the law of the land and the level of standard of proof. Does Pakistan requires beyond reasonable doubt in criminal cases like the US?

Yeah but he could hire the services of a nice "professional" Singaporean woman and a lot of people go to Spore and Thailand for this particular reason.. and why he just kissed her on neck and stopped there because such kind of acts lead to making love and that he did not do under some unexplainable reasons but what I guess is that if they charged him with rape then they would have to come up with biological evidence.. which they don't have.. so I'm totally not buying this crap. hahahahha we even have to resort to importing foreign prostitutes from Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam cos most local females do not ever need to work in this line. Sometimes, local men even have to travel to Indonesia like Batam or Tanjung Pinang to get cheap prostitutes.

We are an advanced economy, not some 3rd world country lulz.

Btw, prostitution is indeed legal in Singapore- but they cannot stand on the streets or be openly soliciting. Everything has to be done indoors(brothels, etc)

Such diplomats need good canning, this will teach them some manners.
Diplomatic immunity doesn't allow you to inappropriately touch women.

This has nothing do diplomatic immunity since the diplomat in question had none...in Singapore, where the crime happened. He was, however, a diplomat in China, and if the crime was committed there, for example, China coudn't touch him. At worst, he would be expelled.
