I doubt the Singaporeans view Indonesia as a threat; i would say Malaysia is seen more as a threat than Indonesia considering the fact that Malaysia practically controls the water input into Singapore. Lastly, as an island state, Singapore's navy must be one of the best or the best -- to protect the trade that traverses the Straits of Malaccas.
Realistically tho, Singapore has no 'enemies'.

Not true. Both Malaysia and Indonesia have threaten Singapore sovereignty.
Singapore also pipe in fresh water from the Indonesian island of Batam.
