SINDH Government ate 54 Billion Dollars in 5-7 years alone and nothing to show for it !!!
As comparison .... in 3 months we have only collected 6 Billion Rupee (not even dollar) funds for Bhasha dam till October 21st
As I said before , from 2008 to 2018 , The Sindh Government had had billions of dollar allocated for Sindh each year
