SINDH Government ate 54 Billion Dollars in 5-7 years alone and nothing to show for it !!!

• Karachi still looks like shamble town
• No KCR (Karachi circular Railways)
• No Desalination Projects done in Sindh
• No Canal constructed for Thar
• No Bullet Train
• Tanker Mafia is active all over cities
• No Tree plantation
• Even basic cleaning not being done in city which costs 30-40 Million per big city yearly a fraction of money given to Sindh Government

As I said before , from 2008 to 2018 , The Sindh Government had had billions of dollar allocated for Sindh each year

Cost to Clean Lahore was around 8 Billion Rupee ($64,000,000 USD only or 64 Million Dollars)

Replacing old trucks with 680 new high-tech mechanical sweepers, mini dumpers, mechanical washers and water bowsers came at a heavy price. The cost of cleaning the city surged from Rs2.5 billion to around 8 billion. By December 2012 both Turkish companies had taken over 138 union councils (UCs) out of 150, while the remaining UCs in the outskirts of Lahore were being managed by LWMC itself.


The amount is so huge that 64 Million Dollar could have been allocated for cleaning of Karachi and still Sindh Government would have been left with over 53.9 Billion Dollar in pocket

Even if each year 100 million "Dollar" was spent on Desalination plant , we would have had 10 small water producing desalination plants across Sindh

• Simple Locomotive for kcr cost = 4,000,000 million dollar
• Cleaning karachi would have been like Lahore = 64,000,000 million dollar (multiple years)
• PIA debt can be wipped clean 500 million to 1 billion range
• Steels mills debt could have been 100% removed 1-2 billion dollars, company would have been modernized with 500 million from budget

After that
Sindh government would have still had 49 billion to spend on sindh the amount of money is so big they could have started a space program in Sindh with it

PPP is the probably the most corrupt and destructive party in Asia. As its well-supported from US same like Ethiopian dictator. There corruption landmarks are not discussed or brought to book.

This party is so dangerous even dacoits and robbers in PML-N lookalike saints and angels infront of them. Apart from PTI's bad governance, most of its voters in Karachi are angry and saddened with the way PTI, NAB and judiciary has been soft towards corruption cases against PPP.

Only mention able project in Sindh that recently happened is Tied to CPEC Loan

a) Nuclear power plant
b) Coal Minning project

These are financed projects

so that means 54 Billion Dollar "Local" Budget money was not likely used on these projects

I mean it is massive number and waste of National Funds


The only notable project in Karachi is some highway extension Liyari Expressway is taking place


But other then that it is utter chaos in that Province

Year 3: 150 Million (3 Units Active)
Year 4 : 150 Million (4 Units Active)
Year 5: 150 Million (5 Units Active)
Year 6 : 150 Million (6 Units Active)

A simple strategy as such would have ensured , Sindh had almost 8 Desalination plants

Could have installed 1 Unit at Time every year
Considering how much money they were given

Saudia installed 8 of these pre assembled units just bring to shore and turn key on systems

• 8 Units for 1.7 Bilion make 160 Million Gallons per day, Saudi Project

Could have started with 1 Unit and then each year a Unit would have been added

Could have generated 160,000,000 Million Gallons (160 Million Gallons)

The capacity would have risen after every few years

DIFFERENCE IS CHINESE AND ARMY IS RUNNING SHOW

CPEC (Accountable project) 30-50 Billion distributed between 4 provinces , we see Chinese Engineers / Pakistan Army have constructed , Roads, Dams , Power plants , Desalination plant , More roads , Railway Improvements , Solar plants , Hydro projects, Trade port , Coal mining projects, Nuclear power plant
Locomotive factory improvements, Wind Farms , Qaid-e Azam 1000MW power plant , Transmission lines, Fibre Optic cable . There is still so much money left that we will construct new Economic Hubs in country (Economic Zones). The money was such large amount we made highways western route / eastern route across country!!! Not in city whole country


How we treat "LOCAL BUDGET" funding !!!

54 Billion Dollar GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN yearly budget Fund given to Sindh ??? (2011-2018)
