Note: I did not had the courage to go beyond 2011 all the way back to 2008 when PPP got more funding it is already 54 Billion Dollars between 2011 -2018

Ok fine 25% was used for Paying Salaries for Government workers but where is the other 75% of 54 Billion Dollars

75% of 54 Billion Dollars ~ 40 Billion Dollar exactly the same amount with which CPEC started

Where is the list of 50-80 Mega projects for Sindh/Karachi ?? My reason is 100% Logical
Government of Pakistan issued Sindh massive 54 Billion Dollar where is the List of Mega projects

Not talking about tiny village road or Tiny village home or few hospitals here and there

I am talking about M-E-G-A projects .....when you talk in Billion then deliveries are in MEGA PROJECTs

If PPP can release list of Mega Projects they completed between 2011 and 2018 People of Pakistan can say ok fine .... you did build Mega Projects from our own cash

Otherwise they need to give Account where this Massive funds disappeared???

For Common Person it is important to Understand

a) CPEC has seperate Funding and Project Selection and Completion Process (This is Loan)

b) Pakistan's National Budget has it's own Money Giving System for Provinces, this money is not CPEC money. This money is what our own economy generated. This is 100% run by Provincial Governments and they are accountable for failed projects or mismanagement
(This is our own money )

So clearly there was 100% delivery in CPEC but 0% delivery on Pakistani Budget Money based projects as money went directly to Sindh Government and there has been no accountability of what they did with this Massive cash Amount

"Sindh Government spent 800 Million to construct 3 power plants for Sindh electricity needs" the money came from Pakistan's Annual Budget for development and not CPEC

"Sindh Government Created 50 Hospitals with 1,000 Beds with funding of 500 Million dollar" each hospital had a budget of 10 Million. These 50 Hospitals have improved the Sindh Province Health Care

Example 3:
Sindh Government setup a Massive 3,000 MW Solar plant in Thar Desert with cost of 2 Billion dollar to bring electricity to Villages , it would make sense if they had this stated

Example 4:
Sindh has given 2 Billion Dollar for Modernization of Steeles Mills and make it debt free

Example 5:
Sindh Government has signed a deal with Asian Desalination companies to setup 8 Desalination plants with capacity same to Saudia's larges Desalination plant for 2 Billion Dollars , with installment Payment

Example 6:
Sindh Government , distributed free tractors for Farmers to increase production
500 Million was allocated for program

Example 7:
Sindh Government Launches METRO bus project in Karachi / Sukkur / Hyderabad
with funding of 1.3 Billion

Example 8:
Sindh Government created 4000 Artificial Turf Fields across Sindh province to promote football for 400 Million dollars impact will last for 30 years, each field cost of 100,000 USD


Example 9: MANUFACTURING IN SINDH
Sindh Government creates a Factory / Manufacturing promotion by creating a 10 billion dollar fund , to loan the fund to University Graduates to start new companies in Sindh

Example 10:
10,000 Schools in Sindh to Get proper school buildings with running water and desks
400 Million allocated for this purpose

Example 11:
Sindh government allocates 3 Billion Dollar for Computers and Laptop for High Schools


Only used 23-25 billion and all this good was done


So logically if Sindh was given 54 Billion Dollars , and there is no mega project delivery or any real change for poor areas very suspicious scenario what they did with cash ??

Sindh is under the full grip of fuedalism. Every other province of Pakistan including Balochistan has made some kind of progress. Sindh has zero progress. Fuedal landlords and PPP are cancer.

Sindh is extremely unfortunate to have backward fuedals ruling the roost. Illiteracy, malnutrition and poverty are extreme. Despite electing Sindhi presidential leaders this province has enjoyed zero development.

Sindhi people are also one of a kind. No sense of responsibility or patriotism. There is simply no sense of urgency to change their own fate. They elect thugs and oppressors as their rulers. They are afraid to demand change. It is unbelievable and their current state tells an ugly story.

Time has come for the people of Sindh to demand freedom and stand up against fuedalism. Unless the people don't take a firm stand they will remain shackled in illiteracy, backwardness and extreme poverty.

Can you imagine that children are dying due to lack of clean water... Just imagine that for a moment. How extreme is that.

I strongly think NAB / Supreme court based action is long overdue on Sindh Corruption just last 7-8 year of record and 54 Billion Dollar vanishing into thin air is enough evidence to likely disqualify 80% of the Sindh Government

• Money Laundering Cases against Zardari need to be accelerated
• NAB has to investigate where the 54 Billion dollars vanished?
• All the Sindh Member of parliment their education credentials should be checked

For Pakistan military we know we get 4-5 Billion budget we get 18 Thunders , get few ships, 2-5 helicopters or few Tanks every thing is easy to track there is also salary and other expenses to run whole Army. Sure there may be 1-2 programs for missiles research and it is on going but we know where the money is going.

• 54 Billion Dollars Budget allocation submit a list of Projects (Mega Projects completed )
• Which politician was given the Fund for the project (On Time / Over budget)
• Can't submit paperwork then possible Jail Time and disqualification

Imagine it in different way

Example:
I make a new home , has no furniture , Get small salary every salary I would buy small item and improve one area of home. In 10 months my house will be furnished

Month 1: Will buy living room furniture from Salary
Month 2: Will buy Beds for Sleeping Room
Month 3: Will buy Electronics
Month 4: Will buy kitchen items needed
Month 5: May be enhance floors and walls
Month 6: May be would buy some extra fans for hot days
Month 7: May be install few solar panels on my roof for those load shedding days
Month 8: May be Install Water Saving , faucets
Month 9: May be would install a electric garage door
Month 10 : May be would get a music system

So with proper planning was able to get a modest house very nicely populated and it feels like a million bucks..

But with Sindh , there is no such planning
Money between 2011-2018 54 Billion, have no visible projects attached to it
