Assuming the average Indian (named after a river in Pakistan) saves 50% of his salary to pay this ridiculous fine, it would take 278.6 years for him to earn enough money. The average life expectancy in 'India' is 69 years. It would take 4 generations of 'Indians' to pay off this fine which is a result of their butthurt attitude and inferiority complex.
