We should not be wavered by the situation of peace and tranquillity in non-Muslim lands, or the situation of turmoil in a Muslim land. We need to go back to the basics and ask the question: who is acting according to Commandments of Allah the Almighty. If His Commandments are not being fulfilled, then both peace and turmoil are a punishment. In the case of peace, it is merely an illusion behind which Hellfire awaits. And in the case of turmoil, it is a warning for us to come back to Allah.
