public hanging contray to believe in backward ignorant populations doesnt effect murder rate
education, better law and order, better investigation does

it only might tell criminals not to be caught

the reason why when i was in forensics in Peshawar we use to see 1300 murders with women, children , 100s of molestation cases yet in countries like norway death rate is nearly zero

in our country people like muderers like of shezab walk free and no body cares what people do want is a spectacle to enjoy..my heart cries for what has become of our society

Don’t twist the matter out of proportions , I have said this for criminal punishments and not for war.
