Pakistan should agree to make LOC as IB, on two conditions - treat the Kashmiris with respect, and stop supporting militancy in Pakistan.

But I really don't think Pakistan has the appetite left or ability to achieve their desires in Kashmir.

India's tone regarding Pakistan changed in the past few years and it's only going to get more aggressive, they are seeking full disintegration, look at how many areas they are trying to build depth in;
