Should PPP and JUI-F be charged for treason ?

In the recent events which occurred in the city of Peshawar where school children were targeted by terrorists . The country mourned over the loss of innocent lives and consider it the worst event in Pakistan's history. Today political parties had gathered at the national assembly to pass a bill which would allow military courts to established and implementation of the National Action Plan . But where the nation and few political parties stand on one side .Other parties such as the JUI-F and PPP are against it .The PPP have told rather ordered to delay the passing of the bill as they are celebrating the birthday of Z.A Bhutto. Regardless of the seriousness of the matter ,similarly Maulana Fazalul Rehman aka Maulana Diesel says he is against the bill/Amendment Act as it is against religion and madarssas . shouldn't such people be tried for speaking against the state and celebrating some tom dick and harry s birthday who party has only brought and shame to this country. Whats your opinion please express freely?

Now JI is saying they won't support it in its present form
Its looking like the politicians are unable to step-up to the occasion
There is an active campaign to stall the momentum towards rooting out anti-Pakistan forces
At this moment if we can't get the things needed then this country is doomed
Gen.Raheel Sharif has an important decision to make
