At least one sane reply i see from you.

.
Two leaders solve an old issue, how does that qualify them for a Nobel ?

.
Modi should be given nobel price for Peace for bringing peace in the Indian Subcontinent. :-):-):-)

But there was no war between two country that brought peace. So much peace between two neighbors pdf members are already bothering them.

.
Made in Pakistan grenade... The main accused is hiding in Pakistan as far as I know;.

Really interesting, Bhutto had a role in Mujib co. assassination and Pakistani agents had role to destabilize BD in 1975. And now the same Pakistani influence tryed to kill his daughter too. These people are so strange that they kill every leader of their own country. Liaquat ali, Bhutto, Zia, Benazir etc. Now calling a great leader like Altaf Hossain a traitor. They destroyed Balochistan, Afghan provinces/Afghanistan and East Bengal/East Pakistan which were prospering places. Matter of great grievance.

. . .
This is quite dumb really... the agreement is surely a significant one for the bilateral relations between Bangladesh and India but it only affects the lives of 50,000 people living in the enclaves, nothing more.

.
In nutshell, These guys want Nobel prize for hasina modi, because it is sometimes given to low credential people. WTF

.
Leave it man..who cares for Nobel prize..I hope that withing Modi and Hasina tenure some other complex issues gets resolved...

.
This complicated border issue between India and Bangladesh and the way people sufferred due to this, reaching an amicable settlement is indeed remarkable. This deal is not 50-50 as India had to forgo thousands of hectares of land to bangladesh and accepted 14000 bangladeshis as Indians. However, no one in India has complained of a sell out to Bangladesh displays the maturity of the politicians on this issue. Last time Mamta bannerjee had spoiled the agreement on Teesta river water but the govts of India and Bangladesh have been showing a lot of maturity and they deserve international attention and appreciation.

.
No but, it is a rather unique part of history, I don't think there was a single border between two countries as complex as this.

If Henry Kissinger could win it, I don't see why those two can't.

if Obama can win it... then anybody can

.
I guess they deserve Nobel, particularly Haseena, for losing quite a chunk of Bangladesh to Bharat.
Another example of low knowledge of Pakistanis.

With this deal, Bangladesh has gained land from India - 10,000 acres!

Haseena must be congratulated for achieving what Pakistan could not after fighting 4 wars, losing thousands of soldiers, hundreds of sq.kilometers of territory, suffering economic hardships and losing their government to army dictatorships - that of taking land from India.
