Should India re-think "One China Policy" ? Taiwan vice-president to stop in Delhi

In time to come China is only going to get stronger ...it's going to be headache for its neighbors like Japan, Taiwan , India and so on

China's strategy is to deal with its enemies one at a time ...while it keeps others engaged and confused .

he recent peace overtures by China towards India are only to blindfold it .

India therefore must forge closer relations with likeminded countries ...

The strategic peace talks and peace agreements are temporary halt for CCP's dubious agenda ...... India will not fall for that.

There are some policies which are going to be unveiled after the new Govt. takes shape which will make India an economic power house within a decade.

It is a tight walk for India to balance the ties between West and the rivals of China from here on.

India and china can never become friends ...that's reality many people don't recognize .

after having dealt with other of its enemies it is sure going to turn to India .

It doesn't take time to turn back and change stance .

why do you think China has raked up Arunachal Pradesh after 6 decades ...?

even as we stay engaged with China ..we should be prepared for all eventualities ...

We should factor in all aspect in our defense against China .

whether we get closer to Japan, Taiwan , Vietnam and so on ...

strengthening our economy by close co-operation with such countries should be our prime focus .

Strong economy is bulwark of national defense !

The relationship depends on the strength of the country as you have rightly pointed out.

We should build our economy and good will among the countries around the world.

If India want to be friendly with China, India sure have a strange way of showing it.
Why this frequent out of the blue pushing, prodding with contentious issue.
What exactly do India expect to leverage out of it?
It is quite obvious that nothing would come out of it.
One can only conclude that some within India is pushing this sort of behavior simply to manufacture discontent among the two nations.

The issue here is China is issuing paper visas to Arunachal pradesh people and is also venturing into Azad Kashmir a sensitive area for India.

China can use the silk route to establish a trade route through Pakistan, But not doing so ..... Every action do have counter action and India will not sit an watch when its sovereignty and security is threatened.

India is countering Chinese actions nothing more.

China has started issuing different visas to Arunachal Pradesh only recently ....

what it was doing last 6 decades ? why suddenly after 60 years China realized that people of Arunachal Pradesh need to be issues separate visas .... what is the objective of this policy ?

China also raises hue and cry whenever Indian leaders visit Arunachal Pradesh which is under Indian rule happily for last more than 6 decades ...what is that meant for ?

is this China's way of showing friendship to India ?

China talks of friendly relations with India . and continues to send its soldiers in Azad Kashmir which is a disputed territory .

China's actions do not match its words and hence it's not a trustworthy nation .

If China is insensitive towards India's stance ..why should India care about China's sensitivities ...?

I can only quote our Late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's expression to sum up .

" There can be no handshake with those with clenched fists "

It doesn't matter. The ball is in your court and it is upto you to decide. Today you claim Arunachal when the locals proudly call themselves Indian. Till yesterday you claimed my state Sikkim when we the residents don't want to be a part of your country ever. Tomorrow you will claim Uttarakhand and Himachal because they were a part of some imaginary dynasty that your CCP created.

What do we look like to you? Charitable institutions?

The recent tensions with US for Russia has given us an opportunity to forget the past and become friends for the dangers coming.

The initiative to start a genuine friendship is in your hands.

We cannot give our territory to appease you. Sorry.

It is your government's decision whether they want to play the US sidekick again under the table like the 80s or not.
Sikkim and the other two are not integral parts of China's territory but we like to see local people there make their own decision.Sorry for that China so weak now we could do nothing to help them.
