Should India arm Vietnam & Philippines with ballistic missiles & other arms capable of striking deep into China & should it take a more pro-active role in SCS.

But India can sell the weapons to these two countries. Afterall we too need some share of weapon market. Its pure Business..

India shall sell weapon to these country without any grudge with China and on pure business link.

If China continues extending military help to Pakistan....I should do the same with Vietnam, Philippines...strengthen their ties with..Japan, Taiwan and Australia too..

Yes, we should also try to corner some market share especially with countries which have disputes with China. After all nothing stops China from selling/giving J series planes to Pak. We can sell/give a few LCA's (when they go into prod) to Vietnam & Philippines.
Our navy should also be more involved with the SE Asian nations.

we still have a long way to go..first let arm our forces with indigenous weapon then we are free to arm anyone we wish

before talking about SHOULD or NOT,it is necessary to make sure if india is has the ability to arm the two small countries. it is difficault for a country which cann't survive without foreign weapons to arm other countries.

China might be focused solely on its economic growth, that does not mean its negligent to whats happening in its backyard and you are talking about selling ballistic missles for deep strike.

Slums are far better than what Pakistan has to offer to anyone , Ever their own Citizens , which means , Bumbs .

I think India must go forward and offer the absolutely majestic "Brahmos missile" to Vietnam and Phillipines . I am sure they will readily accept it because of strengthing the ties with India and secondly trusting the unmatchable technology of Brahmos .

Strangely, the USA is the one providing billions of dollars of military aid to Pakistan every year, NOT China.

And they gave this reason:

So the USA is allowed to give more military aid to Pakistan than the rest of the world combined, but India only cares about China even though we do not give military aid?

then you should figure out that if your missiles have price advantage or performance advantage. none.
they can buy better ones from other countries with less money.Unfortunately, they cann't afford such luxuries.

Dude i'll not go for a tit for tat answer. We all know where Pak stands in the world today & should be the last people to comment on India's progress or living standards.

Typical Pakistani.... jumping to conclusions. How do you know it is never going to happen. You read the Viet's Naval Commanders statement didn't you. We have interests in SCS. We should Inshallah in the near future help Vietnam & Philippines have a credible deterrence to China.
