How is India going to arm Vietnam and Phillipines when India itself buys its Weapons from the West and Russia ?

Does India make any weapons that anyone would like to buy ?

Even Indian Armed Forces don't buy Indian weapons.

Strangely, the USA is the one providing billions of dollars of military aid to Pakistan every year, NOT China.

Yes India should and we chinese will be glad too as long as Vietnam, Philippines are happy ...anyway their budget is limited either buy from U.S,Russia or India won't make any difference to us but U.S and Russian weapon proven to be more lethal...so in conclusion we prefer to see Indian arm these two countries.
