He should be tried in court for his crimes as a civilian now not as a vigilantee terrorists. And all crimes he did as per penal code must be punished if he did.

By surrenderung he is now a Pakistani national and Case of treason is now out of question. But Pakistan Penal code still apllies to all Pakistani Civilians. He should face his charges and redeem himself.

Money is not the problem. There is an old saying in the 21th century there will be a dress that will be so expensive that no one can buy and yet that dress will be free for every one. No one will wear that dress as a whole some will wear the collar some will wear the arms some will wear the pants. That dress will be Islam. If you Bring the whole islam in your faith and not the part you like the problem of terrorism will be solved. Jihad is not only to fight the other person but Jihad start by fighting with yourself first. Jihad is not only to pick up sword but jihad is to stop your self from corruption and false blaming. There are many thing in Jihad, fighting with sword is just a part.
