Jews and christians can say the same thing about us using the name of the Prophets. Its their faith they can use any symbol they like its a matter between Allah and them not us!These Qadiani Kazzabs are instigating and then complaining. They should stop using Muslim symbols.
Well drop scene
The mard-e-momins of Hafeez Center demonstrated in their hundreds to demand his release and they got their wish
You can fight a fanatical group but not a fanatical society
Cults are not faith like religion is
Islam is a religion. Anything else is a cult, like Ahmedis and others who have distorted it to Matams

He was bailed by court...
What do u want him to be shot in head? He was not booked for murder
The same argument was used to stop African Americans from entering establishments as well. The same argument was used to stop Jews under Hitler. And yes it is in interesting point to raise because its hard to define where one person's rights end and the others' begin. BUT looking at history most cultures have decided that for commercial spaces you can not prohibit entry based upon race, religion etc. What the shop owner did sounds wrong to many including me. But, can the law stop him or force him, if he chooses not to allow people from certain community inside his shop because of his notions ? Can the state impose it's views upon him ?

Yes I understand it is very wrong. I wasn't taking a moral position merely indulging you in the logical debate of itOf course it is wrong, vehemently wrong. It shows the narrow-mindedness of the shop owner.
The point I'm raising is, will it be a solution to punish the shop-owner or just a stop-gap measure. I don't know whether you are aware of it or not, a similar issue caught media attention in India, where famous filmstar and media personality Shabana Azmi was denied an apartment because she was a Muslim. The argument at that time too, was, the owner is well within his rights, not to allow certain group of people within his premises. That's personal space.
Both equally wrong. The problem, in my opinion is not just within the individual to be specific, but certain sections of the society. That's what one needs to solve.

Yes simply putting the guy in prison clearly didn't help. He got out on bail, was welcomed as a hero and the entire market united in their bigotry. I think it'll decades of people raising their voice and many horrible things happening along the way for any people to change their mindsets. Small changes in the positive direction are happening which makes me hopeful. There are more people today than there were a few years ago who would've had the courage to say "No! This is WRONG!". When there are enough people like that (I hope someday there are) the ignorant will become the fringe and putting them in prison would be just the right thing to do.
my problem with u is that rabwa times. Its a foreign funded source with bad objectives.
If u really r sincere with Pakistan or yr community then come here n work here for them n us Pakistan has changed buddy, its not the same anymore. But by quoting such sources yr making life difficult for all those who r sympathetic to yr community people like myself.
Thats the best advice i can give u. Rest is upto u.
