Shinzo Abe in Gujarat today: Bullet train foundation to be laid

So, now you accept there is an MoU being signed.

That's enough for now.

I don't have time to go through the entire list of details and understand and explain it to someone who is so desperate to score some brawny points. Like last time, Ivy league case. It's not worth it.

You can live in your reality that, this entire thing is a sham. There is no ToT, no viable HSR in India.

Adios!

Dont run away when you have no idea what a MOU is.

You have to go back to attending some classes on the legal aspect of a contract and how contract works in general.

Embarrassing :D

:DHere you go again.

I know MoU is non-binding agreement. There is no legality in agreement. But you think the Japanese would violate the MoU and deny any transfer of technology when the relationships are going on smoothly? If they can't transfer the tech then there is requirement of such a clause in MoU? Just to deny it later on.

It is subjected to further negotiations. I'm glad you are jumping around that news report in firstpost.

It's just an observation based on one's personal view.

What took you so long? Stop googling your answers :D

You dont understand the legal aspect of it :D

What happened to running away? Why are you back. I dont give treats :D

Lol! you think you are any priority:lol:. I'm working.

I just take some time to relax, reading and replying.

Aww it's cute you are trying to taunt me.
And what happened to "no government sources about ToT"? Firstpost knowledge is not enough:D.

10 minutes of googling wont make you a legit expert :D

If you do, you wont be fighting your pointless battle online :D

.
The so called MOU the is being published doesnt contain the details of the partnership.

In short you have no idea of the details behind the table of the cooperation of both parties.

You must be living in an alternate reality :D

Its fun seeing you try so hard to fight for..... nothing? Or maybe a good pet from your owner :D
I am now getting confused now...
So is this project gonna start contruction right now or just in the phase of MOU?

Have they finished design of all the railway stations and draw a red line within which all lands will be acquired? And subsequently begin to negotiate the prices of land? This I think is the most difficult part. We have a new HSR here from Shanghai to my hometown stuck in the land negotiation phase for nearly 2 years.

Seems like you can't stop replying. Why are you concerned much on what I am doing here?:pop:

Scan more firstpost news, that might get you somewhere. Like there is no government sources on ToT.

Say it's just an MoU:D. It has no face value. Alright then. :enjoy:

MOU doesnt necessarily means its non legit binding.

Did your 30 minutes worth of googling when down the drain?

Or you just flipflop and change position as and when you like?

Hilarious :D

To be honest i am not sure.

This SOUTHie guy is able to spin up lots of details you cant find on many of the india's media outlet.

Perhaps he has the key to the matrix :o:

o_OWhat? Self contradictory comments?

MoU is not legally binding it's not an agreement. Means, they can backtrack from ToT in case if the agreements don't suit their interest. Or if the relationship between India and Japan go south. Also it's just a step for further co-operation.

One line of proper argument and three or four line of rhetoric and rants.

Why? A 1minute googling can give you details. Not first post news.

Is laying foundation stone is considered starting of a project? Or is it just MoU stone:D

Is this the best you can give after 40 minutes worth of googling?

Your comprehension skills must be real low :D

Seems like legit aspect of contract law isnt just some low hanging fruit a fail india cyber warrior is able to comprehend:D

I am not interested in meaningless debate here.
@anant_s @Nilgiri anyone could brief the current phase? Like design? Land survey? Or else?
Two confirmed things as of now
Land survey is completed and accordingly cost calculation is done.
State owned BHEL will participate in manufacturing of rolling stock with Hitachi.
Looks like there is understanding for increasing the existing cooperation further.

Glad you are not influenced by few Indian retards who call this project as Modi's campaign for upcoming Gujarat Election.

The project was first envisioned as provisions were made in Railway budget for feasibility studies in the year 2009-2010, that included 5 more HSR corridors.

It took them 3 more years to sign MOU to carry out jointly an "operations and development" feasibility project on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad high-speed rail corridor with a French company in February 2013 February. The district/city of Pune was excluded after the studies due to geographic constraints leading to high cost.

In September 2013 MOU with Japan was signed by Modi Government to undertake a joint feasibility study of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad route in pursuance and respecting the spirit of the statement made between previous PM Man Mohan Singh and PM Shingo Abe in May 2013 (This busts the anti-Modi propaganda of these sickening retards who are at large misleading and lying) that two sides would co-finance a joint feasibility study of the route.
