Come on Sirjee,It is a pleasure to read yr earlier replies,cool & calm. Forget BJP,I asked one my sunni friend about Shia Muslim causally .He replied in negative,he told me that he does't even drink water from their house. I was really shocked.I never expected such a rivalry statement from him.

On topic,the Shia community wanted a separate Board,so what is wrong in that

Um..in case you did not know..

- Shias support BJP in India.
- Not only that Shias of Kashmir are integral in supporting Indian Army there. The bedrock of Indian intelligence network in Kashmir is based on Shias there.
- Shias overwhelmingly voted for Modi this time
- Shias are also far more educated and have lower unemployement rate than Sunnis. Consequently they are far less prone to the 'jihad urges' that affects Sunnis regularly.
- Resultant point is that Shias are more integrated in India than Sunnis

the no of riots b/w shia and sunni far exceeds the no of riots b/w muslim and hindus. on every ramdaan, muharram and all other pious occasions sunni attacks and provoke shias.

For ur info, in Kashmir, Shias are the ones majority in state's police. They chose to side with India in major conflicts. Sunnis are butchering them everywhere for follwoing a culture they are suited with.
