It's a welcome step that Leaders from within the Muslim community are taking a hard stand against terrorism being carried out in the name of Islam, but this reward thing it a bit too much. They must focus within the community and make sure the youth doesn't fall prey to radicalization. And if they find something wrong then inform and co-operate with the concerned authorities. Leave the action to the security forces.
