Well overseas Pakistani is defined as Pakistani who has no other citizen ship

And the only one like this that have money is Nawaz sharif

The land is cheap as not irrigated
So you can few 100 acres and just build a large cheap farm House

Labor is cheap to keep it in shape and it's just 40minutes form Islamabad airport and 5 mins from motor way

So not a big deal if I spend a month salary on buying a fun spot to spend winters

Indus has good view from there.
