Agreed, the fact is military runs the affairs and civilian govt is just an official apologist. We are better off directly dealing with instigators rather than powerless facade. India will be able to provide apt and direct response instead of being bound by any moral dilemma of hurting a democracy.

Its not just limited to that, infact situation seems to improve when Army js in power. See now whatever civilian govt does Army always feels they are incompetent and they can get better deal. When they are dealing this question is not there and hence possibility of any deal is higher. Unfortunate but there is way more than required interference by Army in Pakistan.

as it happens whenever politically Sherifs have been in trouble.. the western border suddenly ignites or there is a major terror incident which works very well in favor of sherifs, whether or not there is a connection is debatable but its a happy coincidence for sherifs and it has a strage streak of reoccurring.
Jindals visit on behest of Govt of India to Sherif in Murree in secrecy is testament of this personal relationship where Sherifs were reminded of their £friendship" and help in Yadev's case though weak and half hearted presentation of Pakistani PoV in the international court

Well I don't think disqualification Is going to happen. I have full faith in flaws of my judicial system. All of the allegations by jit are allegations and needs to be proved in court.
India need not to be worried, their agent would still be our p.m and I think would complete his term.
The judiciary has a lot of burden, they cannot hurry and let sherif's family become political martyrs. If really jit have very strong prove, the 10 book of jit, what does it contain. If this contains enough evidence then n.s is going, if not then jit has to prove every allegations. The case can go on for ages, but judges seems to be in lot hurry which is kinda right because everyone is fed of panama scandle.

N.s would not resign I think, he would linger the case in courts as much as he can. I think Supreme Court would refer this case to trial court. Unless they prove some very solid evidence nawaz Won't Leave
