This bill was introduce to create an inflow of money from oversea and thus pushing their own out of country without trace. The unrecorded buying was a temptation for many illegal money holders to convert their cash in white money but will help sahrif family to export the funds out of the country they are not that stupid to use a bill directly for their own advantage.

but overseas buyers have no problem of showing the source... its remittance from abroad.... which is tax free ... so they have incentive to show their source...

Look with panama leak case it is becoming difficult for Nawaz to prove that this money was earned oversea and they are being pushed to prove that. This not because of Pakistan law. The Panama paper was released by Hillary Clinton to effect Russian political system and Putin. Now the current law says that it is obligatory for international banks to report unaccounted money to the actual countries on the owners. So there is the problem. By this those people will who wanted shift money to Pakistan can easily shift back buy paying Nawaz in abroad and receiving in Pakistan. Thus buying property and creating not lose ends. When Nawaz went to england for medical reasons there was a deal made with UK Gov and the cover up was provided with help of Qatar and Saudi support as UK listens to them very much. So PTI is a bit help less after every thing was covered PTI was given a chance in the supreme court and PTI will fail here as those who defend Nawaz now are the very people who leaked PANAMA paper.
