For one its sensitive, also it could embarrassed the enemy and make them more hostile or worse , expose your weakness. Such records are usually marked "secret".

I read this on TOI and I stopped short of laughing...till crying, too much of laughing induces tears. Agree with @Horus that their, the Indian whole system is based on Lying and hearsay, fictitious stories and superstitions...this is how they control their 1.4 billion people...through mind indoctrination.
