Historically India has not hidden its losses. Like we declare losses at the LOC in real time while Pakistan Army does not officially declare most of the time, " to preserve the morale of the forces".

In any case, even if IAF managed to hide the crash, how can they hide the loss of Two pilots from their friends, families and relatives ?
