Shaheen III project is in cold storage or to put it more aptly, it's on back burner. Hugh sum of funding were/is diverted towards those Plutonium reactors. Building 4 Plutonium reactors without outside help is gonna take huge sum not only for R&D but for manufacturing as well. After whatever is left is being spend on upgradation of Babur LACM. Naval version of Babur. Shaheen 1 A and Ra'ad ALCM.

And that too nuclear capable..... And don't forget their big daddy U.S.A, they even don't need F18, F22 , Destroyers, Tanks to demolish Pakistan. Its better to be pro-active thn reactive besides you never know when will you have to face music ...remember when israel planned an attack on our nuclear facilities... going by your logic taiwan should stop arming itself because China is too big for her too handle....or for that matter Ukraine should bow down to russia because they cant match with them.... or may be every nation other then US and its few close allies stop building its military just because according to a hypothesis in case of any confrontation they will get ruffled up ....so why not go down without even thinking of fighting ...thanks GOD nations dont have analysts like you ...

Pakistan does not use centrifuges anymore. So production of enritched fissile material has gone on steroids for some time now
