Shahed-129 MALE UCAV | News and Discussions

Check out link i have posted about them, one should not underestimate its foe, specially if its big and have money too.

I guess now everybody should invest in simple low speed suicide uavs with punny warheads instead of expensive, sophisticated SEAD/anti radiation missiles..

After so many years Burraq was displayed and it was just locally produced CH-3, Pakistan is not developing its own attack helos, we don't have capability to track and bring down stealth drones and we have not seen SLV all of which Iran have made.

Pakistan have started its UAV programs but still we are far from having indigenous MALE / HALE UAV / UCAV, Burraq is too little too late.

brother ... don't lose your fate !

some years ago we had the same situation ...

which retard adds Fiber-optic to IR homing ? Fiber-optic's one and only problem is its limited range !! but if u have it installed , then thats it !!! no other guidance will be used . unless you're a retard .

besides , Wikipedia and janes say sth else , unless you know better than them

remember this pic , its gonna be your nightmare

wait ! we actually dont need to use these since Ababil (ayub of hezbollah) can do the job

incompetents .....

ayub =/= ababil

.
Retard is one who is asking such questions. :coffee:

Adding fiber optic to IR homing allows u to:

1) fire from enclosed positions.
2) attack hidden by terrain targets.
3) observe during the flight redirect missile to higher priority target, abort mission if necessary, hit target much more accurately.
4) lock on target after launch (LOAL) and thus increase range.

Here what wikipedia says:

Guidance system: Infrared homing

Spike-LR It adds fiber-optic communication to and from the launching soldier during flight.

Note, fiber optic in Spike-LR does not replace IR homing, it is added to it.

If this thing will ever fly then it will be a nice target practice like all ur previous drones.

so cocky ... wait for upcoming trouble ...

Ok this might hurt people.. but do you think Iranian systems are as advanced? HESA,Saqeh are all reverse engineered F-5 variants etc..

are you sure ?

Iran builds helicoperts?

who knows ...

Lmao.. yeah right man... Radars,AD assets will be off while a small slow buzzing uav targets them... get a grip.. im out.

the first step is always laughable ...

Nothing is too little or too late . We started with mohajer 1 which was basically a radio controlled toy which we attached 4 rpg and a camera to it and now we have UAV like Fotros and Shahed-129

do not worry there are too many troll here . there is no point insisting
The majority of your "unveilings" are always mock ups.

Nobody needs to insist on anything. We can just go back and look at the mock ups with our own eyes.

. . .
When did you think's that the armed version of the Shahed 129 will begining to be used in Syria ?

And according to you, did you think's that will a big game change in this war ?

So pitfull uav shahed, if you are gaining intel about your enemy you would flying above at least 5000 meter high so the enemy cant see you ahahah. I can understand the flir camera is so cheap that it fly above anti aircraft altitude.

First of all, where is your evidence that what you see is the Shahed-129 and not the Hezbollah ayb? It does not look like shahed, it has a predator like buldge.

Second, it seems even hezbollah can make a UAV whilst Turkey cannot. Only when the west lets you import engines etc will you finally get it to work after 100 years. How many crashed by Anka so far?

Funny storry even the Predator uses imported engines, and also there is atleast alot footage of Anka flying, and its also easy to get information about Anka while there is no reliable information about the shahed-129.
