Too many VNese have been living there for long time and speak Laos language fluently, even Laos leader also VNese or have VNese blood. Hate from Khmer or native Laos cant change anything

Good question. I think they should stay in their own country. In the news they say there were 200k illegal worker in Laos, but they didn't say what nationality. Probably most of them are Chinese and Vietnamese immigrant. Not much Lao can do Vietnam is overpopulated and too powerful.

In 21st century to take over a country first they come as a friends, and allies then they move in their population. Only time can tell let see 100-200 year from now. What Laos will be like. If Laos still exist on the world maps.

Thai/Lao marriage are common. Lao people came to Thailand's Esaan on the morning to buy things/ to go to hospital and come back is a normal way of life. Lao people comes to work in Thailand is also normal. I can guess Lao signs. I can listen to Lao language. This is something VN don't have.

We are richer than VN. Our hospital much better. Our surgery doctors are world class. Our songs/celab are very popular in Lao. Our drama are very popular in Lao. Lao people also very strongly Bhuddist. VN simply has no match for our cultural influence in Lao. Should VN invades Lao, surely we get Lao population support. We need to talk technical here. To make a Nuke, you need very very enriched uranium. How many % US allowed you to do enrichment? Japan also has enriched uranium at Fukushima power plants and other power plants, yet Japan has no Nuke.

Before we have the deal with US, VN have HEU fuel at36% uranium-235, imported from Soviet union. HEU of 36 % is enough to make a dirty warhead.

At the ASEAN Regional Forum in Hanoi last month, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton angered Beijing by calling for a resolution of the dispute “without coercion”, and saying it was in the “national interest” of the U.S.
