plz understand these are sugestions by the commitie appointed by Supreme court ,their findings are not a verdict ...still lot of time to go for Final verdict ,Kerala can claim the findings of Commitie are baised ...final verdict will take lot of time
second if SC asked to raise water level kerala can nullify verdict by passing a resolution in assembly ,so dont expect a cake walk
Now after Mullaperiyar, TN is demanding the whole of KKNP power for themselves.
Wat a coincidence actually Ooman chandy(KL CM) demanding 500MW frm Koodankulam , TN. Wat I hav 2 say I don't knw?
That suggestion based on scientific reports(given by scientists in their respective fields) based on facts.
SC is supreme for everything so passing resolution in assembly won't make sense it just waste of time.
anything can be argued mate ,our advocate is Harish Salve he know how to counter those reports very well
look like u dont know the power of legislative ,Supreme Court permitted Tamil Nadu state to increase the water level in Mullaperiyar Dam in the year 2006. But the Kerala Assembly made amendments in the relevant laws through a resolution passed in its Assembly to counter the Supreme Court judgement in the Mullaperiyar Dam issue. kerala assembly will do the same again
secondly we may pass resolution to deport all KL people frm TN and many things we can do then our integration would become question mark. Already ur govt. ruined the relationship I hope it won't worsen further. Bottomline accept and follow SC order that would be gud for both states we don't want problems with anyone.

Honestly speaking ,Indian Union is better off without people like you who speaks of secession at the drop of a hat.
honestly, what is more dangerous to the Indian union is the selfishness of certain states that don't respect the SC's verdict and makes its own laws to over rule it.
You agreed that your state govt. violates SC order great man. Badass Karuna compromise everything but Jaya is different eg: recent Mullaiperiyar protest.
Wat the situation in 2006 is not same now , if verdicts favours TN ,KL should accept that. If your govt.pass such resolution against SC order then there might have chances to dissolve ur govt. for insubordination.

so Kerala assembly is amending state laws to over rule SC's verdict? what is the use of being in the same nation when there is no respect for a common law?

Did we violates SC order? did I said we will pass resolution against SC order? for you people Mullaiperyar dam only issue. But for us we have to struggle in every means with neighboring states for our water. Now Mullaperiyar dam case favours TN , but its not an end now Karnataka proposed dam construction in Noiyal river again we suppose to file the case. If we allowing KL to violate SC order means then KA , AP will do the same then TN become deserts thats y we struggling but nobody understanding our position.
Thats y we always demanding nationalization of rivers but wen it gng to materialize nobody knws.
first thing u dont know power of legislation ,whether Jaya or karuna or vijaykanth Kerala is free to pass resolution on internal matter of sate ,its a Constitutionally Granted power of a Federal state ...plz learn about such things
if a verdict against safety of Kerala people ,kerala govt will pass resolution to nullify it or will make necessary amendments to counter it
our Constitution permit a citizen to live any where in the country ... in case u govt pass resolution there lot of tamils in Kerala also it will be difficult for them also ...i dont care u guys integrate or not Central Govt and Military will take care of Such threats
Dam issue not a KL internal matter its issue between two states so you can't pass whatever you want. Dam is still under our control and we use to do repairs and maintenance for so long they hw come you pass resolution on our state asset.
