Afghans do not believe the durrand line is an international border.

I don't care what reason there is, when you deny a country the fundamental right to its borders then you are not a friendly and hosting refugees from this same country is suicide.

Afghan refugees need to be thrown back.

As I said to an earlier poster -- do you have references to back this number up -- I did a cursory look up on Wikipedia and the number it cites as estimates are 200,000 -- 500,000

The estimate of 200,000 -- 500,000 is more plausible since Bangladesh is not at war or other internal strife, does not share a common boundary with Pakistan and thus physical movement would be harder for Bangladeshis as when compared to Afghans -- so it would be difficult to imagine that the number of Bangladeshi immigrants would be comparable to the Afghan refugees.

On another note: Pakistanis do not have overt or covert hostilities with the Bangladeshi nation -- Pakistan does not suffer from an influx of drugs and guns due to the Bangladeshi immigrants.

I think, today, most Pakistanis (including myself) think the burden of blame lies with the people of west Pakistan -- I would like to see a reference where an intellectual from Pakistan lays the blame at the people of East Pakistan.

Plus eating fish is good for your brain and skin.

It's not hate -- like I do not hate Afghans -- I am simply asking for the (newly discovered maxim by Afghans) "our interest - your interest" be applied to the equation -- that what Afghans want so let's do it right?

On the question of refugees, advanced countries like Australia countries of the EU, USA are rejecting Afghan refugees -- even refugees who have landed on Australian shores.

The case of Australia is most poignant since they have a very spare population density and let's be plain: the average Australian is not native to his land yet they are saying no to Afghans.

So, Pakistanis should do the same -- Pakistanis by comparison are poorer, violence wracked people.
