School in Irani Balochistan singing songs in support of BLF

Why would Iran becomes enemy to Pakistan without both parties verifying the post and reveals the truth to everyone? A mindset already working in backdrop or what? If it is brought to topic does it mean it is to make enemies? A video is shared so that we can discuss and prove it wrong if it is.
The title claims that a school in Iranian part of Baluchistan is singing songs in support of BLF. I see no "alleged video" or anything that shows uncertainty. The title has been worded in a way that leaves no doubt about its validity. There's no evidence that the video is reliable or not manipulated after you watch the video. If anything, it looks very suspicious.

But I think you can see my point. I mean there is no reasonable link between Iran and Baluch separatists in Pakistan. If anything, Iran itself has a long history of fighting Baluch insurgency. The Pakistani government has not pointed fingers at Iran. Pakistani mainstream media refuse to put the blame on Iran. And yet, some Pakistanis seem so eager to turn Iran into their enemy and keep accusing Iran for whatever reason, no matter how baseless it is. If you keep accusing us of something without proof, it will affect our neighborly relations in a negative way.

So I take threre's no evidence that these kids were chanting on instructions of Iranian central authorities, since this Jadhav person never uttered a word about schools. And since when does an Indian intelligence agency have the authority to determine Iranian school curriculae?

By contrast, we have concrete and undeniable proof that certain teachers in Iran will make a mockery of state policy, and will brazenly engage in spreading separatist and "ethno"-nationalist propaganda to their students. Like here for instance, a case from Ardabil in northwestern Iran:

I never did claim that the school kids were instructed by the Khomeinist regime to sing praise to Allah Nazar. Ever heard what a strawman argument is? This episode is evidence of a large-scale presence of BLF terrorist infrastructure in Seestan. Their presence is well known among the locals. Regardless to say, it continues with the patronage of the Iranian regime that is using these ethno-fascist terrorists as instruments of its strategic objectives in our side of Balochistan. However, it would come to haunt the Khomeinists in the future. These children would realize when they grow up that even their Baluchestan is under foreign (Iranian) occupation. Keep feeding serpents and they'd bite you one fine day as well.

You probably mean Baluchestan region or Sistan-Baluchestan province. Sistan is an area inhabited by Persian-speaking Shia Muslims to the north-east of this province.

As other users have observed, the sound of the clip could be a fake voice-over. It looks suspicious. Even if not, this onto itself doesn't constitute proof for large scale presence of BLF infrastructure. By the same logic, the video I shared of a school teacher in Ardabil making an apologetic speech about historical separatist figure Pishevari, would imply a significant local implantation of Azari separatist organizations. However, that is definitely not the case. Much rather, we would be dealing with individual misconduct by token public education personnel not representative of a mass phenomenon - if the video's sound isn't doctored, that is.

I haven't seen convincing evidence of such alleged patronage by Iran's state authorities.

Iran is well aware of separatist threats in the region. As a matter of fact, these date back to the previous Pahlavi regime, where communist-oriented separatists with assistance from the banned pro-Soviet Tudeh Party were causing trouble. In recent decades, takfiri or sectarianist terrorists with a separatist agenda made their appearance as well. Links between these grouplets and organized (drug) smuggling gangs is an additional factor. Since 1979, over 3000 Iranian police forces, border guards, Basij and IRGC were martyred in the fight against these smuggler gangs.

Also Iran's regional policy has been supportive of the territorial integrity of nation-states: Tehran played a central role in mobilizing Iraqi PMU against separatist moves by the Kurdish Regional Authority and its attempt to annex the city of Kirkuk, Iran is opposed to plans for the division of Afghanistan into Persian- and Pashtu-speaking parts, Iran was even against the notion of an independent, oil-rich Shia Muslim state in southern Iraq.

So the above doesn't support the notion that Iran will back this Baluch separatist organisation against Pakistan.

Iran is a "kuttay ki dum" which will never straighten.

No logic, no dialogue or argument will make sense to these Persians. They are the copy of Afghans, and anyone who have studied Pak-Afghan relations, will easily come to conclusion that like in 70s when we decided enough is enough, it's about time to make another Afghanistan in Iran.

You see this same tactic in their dealings with iraq, syria, and gulf nations. Just live in denial and deny every single proof.

That is history. In the last year especially since the taliban take over Iran has changed its policy vis via baloch seperatist. Iranian authorities are turning a blind eye and is some ways supporting the terrorist to gain leverage over pakistan. Key is to cause disorder in balochistan to disrupt GWADAR AND OTHER KEY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. Another benefit is to keep pakistan internally on its toes by leveraging shia extremist groups and iranian proxies in pakistan which also consist of socialist/communist.

At the same time Iran can remain focused on the middle east without having to allocate military resources to fight a baloch insurgency. It was only during the shahs time that pak-iran conducted joint military strikes on baloch terrorist. This went on for quiet a while.

The objective is to attract Chinese economic interests to Iran rather than Pakistani Balochistan as I have stated beforehand. If Balochistan is kept destabilized long enough, the Chinese would lose interest and move to safer shores. The between the lines manifestation of this desire is found in an Iranian diplomat's interview given to ANI (news propaganda arm of Indian intelligence). The video was shared in one of my threads. I could reshare it if required.

The same separatists want to break up Iranian balochistan as well does not make any sense.

BLF is not a religious secessionist outfit unlike the Sunni separatist groups operating in Iran. With India's assistance and experience in managing secular separatist groups, Iranians feel these vermin might not turn on them (they're of course mistaken). We have learned these hard lessons ourselves over the years, haven't we with our own jihadis going rogue and turning on us? Ilyas Kashmiri, Mast Gul et al.

All terror organizations collaborate. Late Nawab Bugti used to sell weapons to all terror outfits.

Excuse me, but are you an American of Pakistani origin? Because otherwise, I don't see how this is any of your business as an American.

And what does Baluch insurgency have to do with the Taliban? The Taliban are mostly Pashto, not Baluch. I am not very well-informed about Baluch-Pashto relations but judging by the current ongoing situation in Pakistan (as a country with over 50 million people of Pashto origin), I don't think they have really amicable relations. And as for Gwadar, I have already explained it in another post that Chabahar serves an entirely different purpose than Gwadar.

Iran enjoys a geostrategic location on the map with a well-developed rail network and roads. Iran alone connects multiple regions together: Central Asia, the Caucasus, Western Asia, Anatolia, Eurasia and South Asia. Pakistan at most can be used as a shortcut for China to reach the Indian Ocean, but Iran is a central part of the International North-South Transport Corridor that several countries of regional and global importance have joined it and it connects the Indian Ocean directly to the Caspian Sea and indirectly to Eastern Europe. Gwadar is in no way capable of replacing Chabahar for this reason alone. Chabahar ultimately will play a crucial role in the INSTC which can affect not only regional trade, but even global trade.

Irans want for Balochistan is not something new. In '71, the shah of Iran scrambled his forces opposite balochistan, so that in case the war extended and India launched a major offensive on west pakistan, Iran could assimilate balochistan into itself before anyone else got to it.
lol, on the one hand, you Indians claim Pakistan moved its air assets to Iranian airfields to ensure survival in the event of an all-out Indian air offensive against Pakistani airfields, on the other you share these tidbits. Make up your mind, will you?

I had seen that interview a long time ago. But your take on it is a subjective interpretation. I don't see it in the same way. To me he was essentially doing PR for the benefits of Chabahar against the backdrop of possible Indian backpedaling on their investment plans due to US sanctions and pressures.

In 1971, Iran assisted Pakistan in crushing the rebellion first and foremost. As far as I know, Iran even intervened directly in Pakistan's favor by dispatching AH-1J Cobra helicopter gunships of the Iranian Army to fight the insurgents.

So let's not misinterpret Iran's stance during that crisis. Iran's goal was to help Pakistan get rid of the separatists.

What I do not understand is why is everyone supporting Iran

  1. Houthis support Iran
  2. Syrians support Iran
  3. Iraqis support Iran
  4. Palestinians support Iran
  5. Kurds support Iran
  6. Baloch support Iran
  7. Tajiks Support Iran
What does Iran have? It is a bankrupt poor country.

Iran supported pak, but they planned to assimilate Balochistan into iran if pakistan was to crumble, before anyone else got to it. After the East surrendered the Shah of Iran scrambled his forces to the border as he thought the rest of pakistan could also fracture.
