Scathing British Media Calls Narendra Modi 'Former Persona Non Grata', 'Ex-Pariah'

To myself and many others, Modi is guilty. To you and the SCI, he's innocent.
There is a difference between perception and prejudice.

Perception is when you base your decisions on facts on the ground that you witness.

Prejudice is when you base your opinions without facts on the ground and only on personal notions (negatively).

Indians have a court verdict to support their claims.

You and 'many others' don't.

Hope that clarifies the difference in the meanings. :)

I made my point abundantly clear, you cant understand it? I am not going to spoon feed a TT here.
Lol, no you didn't. Eyeswideshut made a point, even if his example was bad. All you've done is engage in fallacies and lies.

Anyway, I don't really care anymore. Keep believing you made a point, because no one but the choir thinks so.

Oh well one would expect a TT no less to back his claim of guilt with some facts but all which comes out is we think, they think, we feel, they feel - Modi is Guilty.

Fair enough. I don't really agree with this, but I can see where you're coming from.

You don't substantiate your claim of Modi is guilty but you believe so, think so and feel so. Good on your part, my last response to you.

Apparently, you've been living under a rock. Speaking of a rock, Iraq is current the epicenter of global terrorism. If you want to make a point, at least be factual.
Its been since 13 years since gujarat riots took place, got it. ppl have accepted him as PM and Supreme court has cleared all the charges. But for their own ulterior motives ppl keep drumming up crap. What sort of logic is that you exonerate pakistan and fail to apply the same to others ?

First of all, I live in Canada, so your entire attempt to insult me is completely and utter dumb. Instead of addressing my point, all you did was try and rile me up, and get me angry.
chill dude , why so serious and take it personally? If you give something then should be ready to take it also.
Your opinion/advice is as worthless as your attempts to piss me off.
Mutual feeling I would say:enjoy:.

ppl always cling to their own cooked up narratives when the things are different. Its not hard to see why.

Hence, my entire point. Perception is the biggest thing that drives humanity. Reality and perception don't have to align, which is my entire point. Some here are defending modi against, what they believe to be an attack on him. That's not really what I'm saying at all. Whether real or perceived, his image among non-Indians is not that good.

Amazing that this thread has been allowed to run for so long merely based on perception as against the judgment of Supreme Court of India which was based on hard evidences!

200 protesters turned up against the same "persona non grata" and Wembley was jam packed with 65k+ people just to get a glimpse of that same "ex pariah".
And i thought, people here knew about some parts of British media being not just anti Modi but anti India.

It is not just about the numbers.

Those 65k+ people paid for their tickets to listen to Modi whereas those 200 people were most likely paid to protest!

If the perceptions really mattered that much, I would go with the perception of those 65k+ people who put their money where their mouth was and paid for their tickets than those 200 odd who most likely had nothing better to do. And that is NOT even counting the perception of those 31% of Indian electorate that voted for Modi as their PM!!
