If and when you get banned, or not, is entirely up to you; the forum rules are fairly easy to follow. Not making use of inappropriate language in your posts would be a good start.

Maybe this forum could be a learning space for us Pakistanis to realise that rules are for everyone. A citizen is no more above the law than a non-citizen.

ps: None of the forum rules limit the expression of any opinion unless it is disrespectful.

I beg to disagree, ideals are one thing, but in reality, citizens do have greater rights because those rights are earned or deserved.

If you murder someone then a citizen or a non-citizen would and should face the same punishment.

But as a citizen, you have the right to vote, therefore a much greater say in how your country s governed, thus a greater voice in the matters of your nation. If there is a social welfare system, you have access to those funds that a non-citizen does not, you also have access to the protections afforded by your government that a non-citizen does not, and the list goes on, that is the reality of life.

I'm certain PDF lives in the same world we all do, so the Pakistanis crying for greater leeway to defend their country especially from people who deliberately and constantly attack it unfairly seems like a fair request.

I am not sure how an offence is judged, but obviously, not all issues are the same, but I am certain a lot of times an outburst takes place after the offender has observed the other party constantly acting in a malicious manner in different threads, resulting in a momentary outburst, or sometimes particular harsh words tend to teach the wrongdoer a lesson, bringing an end to their behaviour. Those harsh words result in the Pakistani defender taken to task,

A citizen does have greater rights then a non-citizen, that is a fact of life. It does not give them a carte blanche, but if there are complaints, I think it only wise to consider such grumblings, rather then outright rejection.

Just because someone is of Pakistani origin doesn't give them right to ignore or abuse the forum rules.

No, it does not, but rules are not set in stone, and I'm sure the rules in PDF have changed many times, and rules can be applied with varying effect without showing that effect in writing. People are asking for space, there is no need to put that in writing.

Being Pakistani does not give you greater rights, but being a Pakistani in a Pakistani forum, hence being a citizen should qualify you to be given greater space on matters relating to Pakistan, it is a fair argument, and it is how life works.

There is no such thing as pure equality, rights are afforded according to the situation you are in, a disabled man has the rights to sit in a disabled seat when you are already occupying it, examples are endless.
Simply speaking a citizen always has greater rights than a non-citizen on many matters.

This moron needs to be banned for ever , his mind is filled with filth against pakistan and Islam ,

What is the reason of ban? I know this member Indus pakistan. He likes to criticize and I have said it several times that we must allow everyone to say whatever he/she wants. He is an old member and I request mods not to ban him.

So I am about to get banned again. I got a warnin g from @WebMaster and @krash so I figure I have short lifespan now. Therefore I am making a appeal to the PDF community. "Save Indus Pakistan". Now you may not like me, in fact you may hate me, you may despise me but you can't ignore that I do provide 'alternative' views on most things here. I have also contributed higely over the years. Does PDF really want boring, yes people here? So people SAVE ME please. Hit that 'yes' vote.

And if you don't hit the yes vote. Fcuk off and may you suffer for eternity. So get on with it. Tag as many people as you can. I guess I might be over the hill and bit too long in the tooth. I will find out.

Ps. @Yankee-stani I appoint you as my "political karkun". Get busy building support for me.

You need to reflect on your behaviour and statements towards Pakistanis - don't try to justify this with 'boring' mantra. If you can't change that then you yourself are better off being banned.
