Brother, death row convicts have a very easier chance of entering paradise. Allah says that whoever repents with sincere intention, Allah will forgive all of their sins. Similarly, i am sure many death row convicts who know they will die will probably repent. Allah knows best!

Mumtaz Qadri just like every murder should be hanged. Few people have made him a hero but he is a murderer and murder invokes Capital Punishment mentioned in the Book; unless the victim's family forgives (willfully and without any external pressure.)

He will be hanged. It will take time. But he will not survive, no one with his mindset will remain or even if they do they will never physically harm anyone. There are certain steps that have to take place to blunt the extremists. We have lots of years of gross negligence to have reached this spot and the recovery has been nothing short of miraculous uptill now. We seriously did not know how useless our previous COAS was until this new one stepped up and decided he was going to do what the people hired this useless government to do instead of making excuses.
