Good you realize this Just few days ago everyone expecting magic wand from Imran to fix the economy and all of sudden people's narrative changed with this news.

My narrative didn't change. PTI changed as soon as they were hit by reality. In 4-5 years Pakistan will have to start paying back CPEC loans or power plant profits. Doubt IMF will bail us out then. Deficit with China must be reduced at all cost to pay them back.

Too early to celebrate for PTI. Imran Khan govt. still not off the hook.
Nawaz Sharif Govt. or daaku Dar in 2013 took $ 4.4 bn from IMF and exit the program by 2016. ITs important for PTI govt. to fill the $ 12 bn gap as much as possible. Imran Khan team is still sh*t esp. Asad Umar and his top bureaucrat. They still can establish programs for overseas Pakistani like a overseas pensionprogram or overseas bonds. There is still many ways to avoid IMF but unfortunately there is no will in his pussy team. The cost inflation is still hurting.

What's in for sauds?
Is it pure ummah love or some secret deal between saud and Pakistan.

. . . . .
Yes. Of course I do. Now it is not bird in bush but two birds in hand. Congrats to all Pakistanio. And thank you to Saudia Arabia. Where is @saif-al Arab?

To show that my views are always driven by realpolitik and Pakistan's self interest, if KSA now asks for help in Yemen I would certainly support a combat battalion being sent to show support to the Saudi coalition. This trip was successful and much respect to PM IK and his team. They have effectively bought a financial cushion worth $6 billion.

We are not going to Yemen and more money coming on November 3rd from some where else. :)

This trip brought $3 Billion dollars :) job well done :)
And Oil on deferred payment for 3 years

Plus (and not the least) an oil refinery :

"Taking this into account, building a complex, hydrocracking, hyrdroskimming, catalytic cracking refinery, can cost anywhere between 5-15 billion USD. The throughput (processing capacity) of this refinery should be between 250-500,000 barrels per day. Oil refining is a difficult business and margins are painfully slim."

#Thankyou Raheel Sharif anyone?

In any case this will help us in securing better terms with other lenders.
