Saudi petrochem giant opens tech centre in Bangalore (India)

I have nobody to defend here. Not the KSA anyway. Their policies are connected to them, not me.
First some motley guy here says that Indians hate Saudis in a post that was just full of colorful gibberish.
Then you assume that I (as an Indian) believe that you are a slave to somebody or the other. I do not. Neither you nor I are slaves of anybody. You are as much free as I am.

No i am not assuming i know you didn't imply that anyway i was just telling you about what a lot of Indians say on the subject not that you have.

See; Many people say many things.
As far as I'm concerned; that does not change facts. Just because you live on the other side (of a border) also does not change facts.
Now the subject of this thread; a commercial investment in India is just that.......a commercial investment.
That investment took place for some reasons..........but enmity to Pakistan is not one of them.
Instead that investment could have taken place in Pakistan, but did not........again unfriendliness with Pakistan is not one of the reasons.
It was simply based on practical commercial reasons; there is no emotion involved.

I am not saying any enmity is involved on their part just that if they do support some of the issues i was referring to then they should back it up with actions as well. Like i told you my question was directed to a Saudi not to anybody else and it was his and the claims of his fellow countrymen on which i was commenting as well. Anyways i am too tired now have to sleep.

Actually USA only imports 10% of the oil and gas that KSA exports. So they are not the main customer at all. On other fields there is more connection.

I know that some Pakistani users might not like it but it is actually a fact that there are 2.5 million Indians in KSA of which about 80% are Muslims if not more if I remember correctly. Lastly it is also a fact that India has one of the largest Muslim populations in the entire world.

When I and other Saudi Arabian users are giving our opinions we are not representing the government since we are OBVIOUSLY not part of the decision making. We are not ruling the country.

Hence I find the criticism aimed at us strange. It should be aimed at the regime. And quite frankly I don't understand how anyone can put questions to the support of Pakistan from KSA's side on nearly ALL issues.

I am not saying that all support is beneficiary or influence but which country's is that?

:coffee: what do you make of this :coffee:?
It's a positive step there is no two ways about it, both our countries can learn so much from each other. Like I mentioned earlier in the tourism thread also, KSA must help out Indians to clear the apprehensions and misinformation. More student exchange programs and cultural events would be the best way to go about it. Saw this beautiful video a while back on the such an exchange event.

Will watch the video bro.

BTW, did you know that the relations with Arabia and India are 5000 years old and that the first human migrations to India came from the Arabian Peninsula?

Trade and cultural links between ancient India and Arabia date back to third millennium BC.[1]

Sometimes I see Indians/South Asians that look just like Arabians. Mainly from Northern South Asia of course. It is quite funny.:agree:

Some Indian user once made a comparison with some Indian actress and a Saudi Arabian princess and they looked like twins, LOL.

Are you referring to this word in Arabic خروب

Here in English:

Ceratonia siliqua - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It is a tree where juice is made out from. If that is what you are referring to.:dirol:
