Pakistan has never been that much of a US customer. F-16s okay but they were basically paid by US taxpayers, likewise with Iraq's F-16s. JF-17, not US, in fact powered by Russian engines. Al Khalid, not US. Subs and warships, not US. AWACs, not US. Helicopters, nothing from the US since the 1980s.

BS... Pak paid billions for the F-16s ... The last deal was worth 5.6 billion dollars for 18 jets,MLU kits and weapons ...


Pak didn't but Abrams coz they failed in the 90s and we initialed our own project ...

JF-17 thanks to US sanctions.

US doesn't produce diesel Subs etc oy nuclear subs... But in the past we operates US subs.

Pak operates a ahitload of US Helis namely the Bell Jet Rangers,Cobras and the new Vipers (deal worth 1 billion $).


Warships and AWACs .. We do have the Perry Class and Orions.

Yes it "looks" like an "old" design, but do you know why they kept it? Because it has the best attack helicopter profile, its skinny and maneuverable as hell. Construction techniques are different, it is built using different and much more advanced materials. Newer engines, new rotors, new weapon systems.

You guys are still using your 4 decades old design to make 4++ gen fighters. Why is that?

AH-1Z is one of the best mid class attack helicopter in World. Young WZ-10 can't even come close to capabilities of AH-1Z in terms of engine power, TSS Flir, MMW, payload...etc
