As a graduate research assistant Mishaal worked on a NASA Marshall Space Flight Center project on nuclear thermal propulsion. I am far from being an Islamist but I believe that people are free to express their beliefs and themselves as long as they do not harm anyone else or the society as a whole. Not every cleric is a bad person who needs to be locked up or oppressed.

Just like I don't agree with everything the secularists/so-called progressives say or write, I don't think that harming them or targeting them (as long as they are peaceful) is the way forward.
