Saudi began supplying anti-aircraft missiles to Syria rebels

@Yzd Khalifa

This is now an international war since Iranian uniformed troops are now fighting in Syria. The intention of both the west and russia is to get as many Muslims killed as they can before they come as saviours to cease the spoils.

Since day one, the Iranian presence was quite obvious. It started up with a genuine uprising then later turned out to be sectarian, which is an escalation in crisis. However, I would rule out the Western intension tbqh.

The magic word homie is Tartus, without it the Russians can't do a thing to Western EU, if WW3 broke out :D

There are complimentary reasons though as well.

FSA needs a no fly zone before anything else.

Very expensive and Assad never will give a man's word. Beside, the Russians stated that they won't allow it.

FSA only need ATMs, ATGMs, Man-Pads, Machine guns, rifles, mortars, and 107/122 MIRLS with their ammo, and will definitely win the war if supplied with enough quantities. They managed to accomplish all the exceptional achievements with the arms they captured and the little they got, so picture it if they got all their needs.

Hold your horses :/

Shipments take time and effort to be sent to the good guys.

The West - And us - will not tolerate never a second HezboShaitan (Alawi) in Syria. Never.

Who gives a damn about the West. The new Syria will be a Saudi-super-friendly state. In other word, it will belong yo us like Jordan :coffee: @BLACKEAGLE won't like it IKIK.

I surely hope so my friend. But the West cannot be trusted 100 % when it comes to our world. They will first look for their interests. If a Alawi state will somehow serve as a buffer for Israel or ensure less "anti-Israeli" states around them then they might be in favor of a Alawi state. But who knows?
...

Before. They will have to kill 17 million (78 % of population) of Syrian Sunni.

Good luck to them... ^^

The Tartus base is overestimated when it comes to importance.

The Russians could easily make a similar base in Northern Cyprus (Greek part) which is not a NATO state. Similar they could and have similar based in Belarus next to the EU border. In case of a WW3. Let alone all the Christian Orthodox countries such as Serbia who have a long prospect of entering EU.

So this is why all this makes no sense - the Russian part. I listened to a senior Russian analyst and former Russian officer who told that Putin is supposedly a man of words and that the Al-Asad family are long-time allies of Russia.

I don't think that Syria is CRUCIAL for Russia. It is much more important for us natives to which side it falls (GCC and Arab world or Iran).

That is my analysis for now at least. Might be wrong.

The longer the war go on the more those "good guys" turn into "bad guys".

I'll like it in one case only :D when you pressure king AB the 2nd to supply FSA with RPG-32 and AB-19 107mm MIRLS. :sniper:
@Yzd Khalifa

The FSA have officially requested Egyptian armament from Morsi today, Do you think he will say yes?

To have a naval military base ,that is been guaranteed by the host country, on standby is better than begging another nations to host a new naval military base.

Well, Al-Assad family are Iranic-Russo loyalists anyhow.

Poor syrians , a land is now really a battle ground of power.....only syrian dying......remind me Gladiator ...a death match organized by some power hungry people...some are selling faith, some selling 72 huurs, some making money,,,,,but all match organizer providing weapons to their losing and winning Gladiators ........Death and destruction will chase those who sell death and destruction for others...Even if its Shia or Sunni or Wahabi/salafi.....

Plus all these weapons will end up in Hz hand , statement endorse by Brits and France...

The conservative parties have been shipping weapons for over a year now, and been fighting for more than a year as well. For Morsi, I do believe he is going to help the FSA, but it would be better if he let his intl to lead.

I agree Yazid. My point is just that it is not as crucial as some analysts have claimed. For instance the Russians still have quite a lot of influence well inside European borders. Such as Ukraine, Belarus etc. next to EU's borders (Poland). All places where they could deploy long rage missiles or even atomic warheads that would all be in the reach of all major European cities.

Same with the Orthodox Christians on the Balkan. Russian investment is very big there.

Well, the Russians are or at least where very involved on Cyprus not long ago - until the financial crack. If they wanted then I am sure that something could be arranged on the Greek part of Cyprus (Southern part) to set up a base there. If the British can have a naval base on the Greek part then so can the Russians.

Also Algeria. I suspect that they could also host Russian interests which they already do.

But sure the Tartus naval base is important. Very important from the Russian perspective. But not all out crucial as I have heard some analysts claim.

Fighting for your country and your people have never been but honorable, if you believe in Islam, defending your country and the Muslims ones is highly called for and awardable by god. Syrians don't care what you or others say about them as long as they believe that they are doing is the right thing.

Putin wants to restore the prestige of Russia. That the West was afraid again of them, as before 1989 - Their respect -. In the end, he will negotiate only for other Russia secrets interests - Now, end of Assad is near -.

A Lawless syria with multiple fighting malitia are better or table talk is better......end of day nobody is dying , but a local syrian are dying...if today Saudi provide high tech weapon and pouring inn poor paid mercenaries from rest of arab countries for more destruction then next day Russia will provide more lethal weapon....so , when this story will end up ?....don't see end in near future...its arab affair and arabs need to resolve , if that's how arab been resolving their mutual issue, then..................................

I take your word homie. Yeah, the West wanted to punish the Russians with the taxation of investments in Cyprus.

We offered an arm sale package to the douche but he NO'ed it.

Since when they complained. All what we have been seeing is Hezbollah and Iran killing Syrian people :/

A few days ago, there was Muslim Unity meeting in Egypt that declared Jehad, and never said such thing.
