This is classic propaganda. Fars news which is an Iranian propaganda machine quotes some Saudi source no one has ever heard of, which is talking about a 'secret' letter written to Hizb e Islami's Afghan commander Gulbadin Hikmatyar to carry out terrorist attacks on top Pakistani officials to punish Pakistan for non involvement in Yemen.

On the contrary KSA is rather calm about the issue and hasn't given any knee jerk reaction. This is time for Iran to stop dragging us into this issue .

I don't like bringing up sectarian things but you're definitely someone who is sectarian minded. You're talking about Sunni mullahs and Sunni terrorism but ignore Shia death squads operating in Iraq, beheading and shooting Sunnis they see. You've also forgotten that the modern sectarian divide in Iraq started after Khomeini demanded that Iraq become an Islamic State and encouraged Shias in the country to rebel against the Ba'athist leadership. Before Saudi Arabia was arming groups such as FSA, Iran was working with terrorist organisations across the Middle East, before the Islamic revolution and after.
