In a potential war, Israel will not fight a long war of attrition as that favors the countries with more man power, its in their best interest that the fight/war is over quickly.

So anyone who will face Usrael should be ready for both attrition war and blitzkrieg.. since it can fight both as it was proven in 1967-1972 period when it fought an attrition war initiated by Egypt, and it had also lost the initiative of a surprise attack in 1973 when Egypt took that from them.. something they have used successfully through US deception of the Arab leaders of that time..

Not an impressive navy, but due to Shallow waters it is difficult to procure anything you want.. it has to fit and the choices are not that numerous..

That was $4B last year June, so if this is what they are getting then where does $5B new deal thats been on the news all about?
