Yeah those older soldiers who came before king Abdullah suck. They were not even an army or at least were jot meant to be. I guess it is good that they still have some hope for those old fellas. I know I don't.

Does this entire Article has even the word "American" in it???
you mentioned that Ghazal car of yours

"The KSU Gazal-1 is based on the long-wheeled Mercedes-Benz G 500 AMG and was designed by Studiotorino. The model is manufactured in a production of 20,000 units annually. Most of the automotive parts are produced by Magna Steyr in Austria. The assembly of the vehicle is made at the assembly plant of MAN Truck & Bus in Jeddah."

Manufacturer Magna Steyr & KSU

Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik AG & Co KG is an automobile manufacturer based in Oberwaltersdorf, Austria

What have you guys done?

No it means you didnt even bother to read the article.
no need really
you gotta ralize that you're even behind countries that have assembly plants of foreign products. Iran had Merc assembly plants back in the 2000's producing cars for the police force. The engine along with most of the impt stuff came from Germany while the less impt parts were sourced from IKCO (Iran Khodro).

Assembling foreign designed and produced stuff isn't an accomplishment. It's like assembling an IKEA desk and saying I built a desk!!! No you didn't. Producing a car that is 100% made in the country with parts from your own county is an achievement.

. .
Do they know to build a motorbike or have they built one..?

Even Afghanistan has that knowledge, that's not the problem of KSA. KSA's problem is that there is simply no industry what so ever. Everything is foreign designed and made. That Ghazal car is a good example. It's not only based on a foreign car, it's also designed by a European company and all the parts are made in Europe. Without a doubt, the workers and management in the assembly plant located in Saudi are also foreigners.

but my question is how many of those old army fellas are still part of KsA forces?

Actually Iran was also producing C class merc engines too for export to Germany. The plant was a 50-50% joint venture between Iran Khodro and Merc. Last year Germans left the plant because of sanctions and now the plant is wholly owned and operated by Iran Khodro producing engines for Iran's merc cars which are almost now completely made in Iran.

Of course you do not expect us to make a car just like that out of thin air. Even Iran had help in the making of its car company. I will not deny that we are Behind Iran. But we are going in the right directions and we will over take Iran eventually.

Laugh all you want everyone go ahead. Laugh till you drop.

No body is laughing here. Those who do are idiots. It is certainly possible to overtake Iran in motor vehicle industry, which is the largest industry in the world after weapons industry. It is possible for Saudi to do it with hard work and being independent. But these two last conditions are rarity in Saudi Arabia. Iran has the world's second fastest growth rate in car manufacturing after China. It will be very difficult for Saudi to surpass Iran in decades to come. This is the list of cars manufactured by countries in the world. I suggest you first overtake Morroco before you take over Iran.
